All live display, projection and video relay services require prior coordination with the event organiser and are subject to suitable venue conditions, technical feasibility and equipment security.
For early-morning competitions, installation and testing may need to take place the previous afternoon or evening. Where equipment remains at the venue overnight, a secure location must be provided.
